| PASSPORT AND VALIDITY |
|
ONE PASSENGER ONE PASSPORT It is now a worldwide rule that each passenger, also babies, infants and children, must have an own passport. No more kids in the parents' passports! This rule also applies for passengers arriving in Costa Rica. |
PASSPORT VALIDITY Your passport MUST always be valid till at least 6 months after your planned departure date from the country you enter. Always check your passport expiry date before going to the airport. Worldwide every year over 1 million passengers are refused at check-in and miss their flight because of passport validity problems. Airlines can refuse you to board and immigration officials can refuse you to enter their country if your passport expires too soon. |
